CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Below you will find the amount that will be charged in the event of cancellation.
You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions displayed on-screen.
If your booking includes booking fees, please be advised that these cannot be reimbursed.
As soon as you realise you need to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.
If cancelled or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, if you paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers).
Each booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number (Visa, Mastercard) and expiry date. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Deposit is 30% of the total stay with a minimum of 50€.
The rates shown include VAT. Stay tax and/or local tax may be charged at check-in.
CHECK-IN TIME / CHECK-OUT TIME
You will be able to check in to your room or apartment from the time indicated below
On the day of your check-out, you must leave the room/apartment no later than the time shown below. Staying in the room any later than this may result in you being charged an extra night.
We advise you to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to specify your estimated check-in time, especially if you think it may be late.

Latest check-out time: 10:30 AM
Reception opening hours : From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING
In the box below, you will find the amount of money that you will need to pay in order to confirm and guarantee your booking.
Payment must be made with one of card below, via our secure online pages. Your credit card details will be encrypted with 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) technology. Your credit card details will never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.

Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) not specifically stated as being included in the rate are to be paid on-site.
PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY
30% excluding extras will be charged when the booking is made.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution. p>
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility to seize for free the mediator of the consumption to which the professional belongs, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year from written complaint to the professional. p>
The referral of the mediator of the consumption will have to be made:
- by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www. mediationconso-ame.com ; - by mail addressed to the AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine - 75001 PARIS - FRANCE. p>
DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION
Conformément à l'article L.221-28-12° du code de la consommation:
"le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé pour les contrats:
12° De prestation d'hébergements autres que d'hébergement résidentiel, de services de transport de biens, de locations de voiture, de restauration ou d'activités de loisirs qui doivent être fournis à une date ou à une période déterminée"
